Ivor graduated with a Bachelors and law degree from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. After witnessing the effects of violence and conflict in his native country, Ivor committed himself to improving the human condition. He subsequently graduated with a Masters of Law from Duke University (1995), and practiced law for four years in Washington DC. In 1999, he founded Mediate Facilitate to help nonprofit organizations deal with internal conflict and navigate transition. Since then he has helped numerous organizations deal with their most pressing challenges, whether it be the departure of a key executive or charting the organization's future course. Ivor also facilitates board retreats and strategic planning retreats for nonprofit organizations.

David Johnson
Communications Manager

With fifteen years of advertising agency experience as a copywriter and a creative director, David Johnson has led all aspects of the creative process. This involves working with a team of creative professionals to provide innovative ideas and strategic thinking. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Marketing from Ball State University (1993) and has won many awards for creative excellence for both print and interactive projects.

Brian Davis, CPA
Financial Manager

Brian has extensive experience assisting nonprofit organizations in all aspects of financial management. He has assisted CFNPS since 2004, and is responsible for ensuring that sound accounting and financial principles are maintained. Prior to working within the nonprofit sector, he held CFO positions within the education and technology industries. Brian holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Michigan State University, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He is certified as a CPA in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Ananya Roy
Administrative Manager

Ananya is an 8-year veteran of nonprofit office management. At CFNPS, he oversees the company's administration of personnel. He joined CFNPS in 2006 following 8 years at Missionaries of Charity. At MOC, Ananya held various positions in finance and payroll, advancing to a management position in 2001. Ananya holds a BS in Business Administration from St. Xavier’s College, India.
